Chuan Kitchen Review

According to the menu they serve Singaporean street food. Foreigners would probably describe it as a Chinese restaurant, more like the ones back home than the ones in Thailand.

The owners recently moved in to a beautiful modern new place, a great place to sit and have an big dinner with a bottle of wine.

chaung kitchen restaurant - pak kret - muang thong thani

They have an English/Thai menu, containing pork, beef, chicken, shrimps, rice, noodles, soups and dim-sums accompanied with pictures of the dishes. All is very reasonably priced, dishes between 120THB – 200THb, dimsums around 50 THB.

The food is great, good portions and freshly prepared. Certainly have to recommend the chicken cashew nut. The chicken is cooked to perfection its crunchy but still juicy inside. The dish has thick sweet sauce and contains onions, bell peppers, mushrooms and roasted cashew nuts. One of the best I’ve ever had.

Also recommend the pork satay. They are different than the (Thai) ones you’ll find on the streets with a lovely spicy peanut sauce.

And definitely try out some dim-sum when your out there, unlike many other places where they are frozen at Chuan Kitchen they prepare them freshly.

Location

Chuan Kitchen is located closely to Muang Thong Thani biggest lake.
